Refund policy

As all of our items are made to order, we ask that you please choose carefully and double check all spelling before placing your order as we do not offer cancellations, refunds, returns or exchanges.

All custom made items are made in Australia by hand. As such variations in paint colour, wood/grain can occur and are expected in a normal product. Due to manufacturing techniques, some product will have charred edges and smoke marks this is normal and within the scope of the product.

We take the upmost care in ensuring your products are packaged safely, so if you have received an item that is damaged or faulty please contact us via email at blhcreativestudios@gmail.com within 48 hours days of receiving your product so we can rectify any issues.
